Client: Student Project

Objective: Illustrate three separate food items and combine them into a cohesive composition.

Solution: My pumpkin, corn, and wild rice all have roots in my home state, Illinois, as major exported crops. Warm colors were used throughout the composition to reflect the comfort these foods provide, and different brushes provide the different textures found in each food item. I wanted the background, which is flat with a pattern, to contrast the warmth of the food items, so I chose blue to best showcase this contrast.
